This session supports staff to deal with challenges of home and current pressures. We will explore links between  lifestyle, physical activity and diet, managing stress and pain and being 'present' at work.

Claire Callaghan B.Pty MSc Chartered Physiotherapist

Claire is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in physical health and wellbeing, sport and exercise and has her own consultancy. Practicing for over 20 years, she has worked in the NHS and private practice and more recently at University of Bristol and in corporate health, wellbeing and delivering workshops. She brings an understanding of ergonomics, neck and back pain and the link between physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing, productivity and effective teamwork.

Sue Baic MSc RD

Sue is a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years’ experience in the NHS, in private healthcare and at the University of Bristol as a lecturer and researcher. She is an accredited Work Ready Dietitian with the Association of UK Dietitians and has considerable experience in workplace health. Sue is co-author of several popular nutrition books, including Nutrition for Dummies. 

Francine Russell

Francine is a qualified coach practitioner (EMCC/EQA), and trainer with 25 years of experience in developing and delivering health-focused programmes with a strong emphasis on food and diet. The thread that runs through all of her work is that simple changes to habits and awareness can bring about profound changes to physical and emotional wellbeing. Francine has been a mindfulness practitioner since 2012, delivering programmes for The Mindful Life charity on building resilience and reducing stress. In 2016 she set up Ingredients for Change, providing coaching and mindfulness sessions to groups and individuals.
