An update to the current fire warden refresher training event covering new subject matter as well as reminding existing trained fire wardens of their role, including information on arson awareness and what to look for to ensure a fire door is safe to use. There is also a practical session involving practice on how to move through a smoke-filled room.

Attendees must have already attended the current Fire Warden 3-hour training event and the first Fire Warden refresher event.
For / Special Requirements
Existing fire wardens who have attended the full 3-hour Fire Warden training event and also the current 1-hour Fire Warden refresher training event. Fire wardens will have been "in post" for at least four years.
If you have completed a fire warden course before (no refreshers), please book Fire Warden Refresher Training.
If you have completed a refresher before, you can book into Fire Warden Refresher version 2.
If you have completed both version 1 and 2 of the refreshers, you can book into Fire Warden Refresher version 3.
Course chargesCancellation fee: Your Division/Faculty will incur a £50 charge should you fail to attend on the day or cancel your place any later than three full working days before the course.
