Change Leadership for HR Business Partners (mandatory)
Team Staff Development
This interactive 1.5-hour online session is aimed at HR Business Partners supporting leaders through change.
Attendees will develop a deeper understanding of change leadership and the facilitative role that HR Business Partners can play in change. The course will introduce a coaching style approach that you can apply to provide support and challenge to leaders going through change. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice applying this approach in a safe space. We will also explore the synergies between change management and HR business partnering and build understanding of when to seek expert change management support.

What to do before you attend: Delegates will receive brief pre-reading prior to the session.
Who this course is aimed at: This is a bespoke course for HR Business Partners.
What you need to know
Cancellation fee: Your Division/Faculty will incur a £50 charge should you fail to attend on the day or cancel your place any later than three full working days before the course.
Sickness: If you are unable to attend the course due to sickness, please can you or a member of your team notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible on the day of the course, if not before.
Waiting list: Staff Development will operate a waiting list should this course become full. Because of this, places are non-transferable between colleagues.
How you book
Development courses should be discussed as part of a development plan agreed with your manager.
Each course will be open for bookings at 9 am on the day 8 weeks prior to the course date. If this date falls on a University closure day, the course will be released on the next working day.
