Course overview Change is increasingly becoming ‘business as usual.’ Does the scope and scale of change at work excite you, or overwhelm you? Are you leading a team that is delivering or coping with significant change, or will be facing change in the near future? Would you like to develop your own skill and knowledge to enable you to lead or manage change more effectively? This interactive 2 hour online course will provide you with insights into how people experience change, and some tools and ideas to take back to your workplace.
The course will be interactive, and cater for different learning styles. The models and theories drawn on through the session provide a framework and insights for delegates to use to understand the realities of change affecting themselves and their teams.
