Change is increasingly becoming ‘business as usual.’ Does the scope and scale of change at work excite you, or overwhelm you?  Are you leading a team that is delivering or coping with significant change, or will be facing change in the near future?
Would you like to develop your own skill and knowledge to enable you to lead or manage change more effectively?
This interactive 2 hour online course will provide you with insights into how people experience change, and some tools and ideas to take back to your workplace.

The course will be interactive, and cater for different learning styles.
The models and theories drawn on through the session provide a framework and insights for delegates to use to understand the realities of change affecting themselves and their teams.

What we will cover

  • Why it is important to focus on the impact of change on people
  • How people react and respond to change
  • How to effectively lead individuals and teams through the transition
  • How to analyse the drivers and resistors of change and effectively define why change is happening
  • How to identify, map and engage stakeholders effectively
  • An introduction to the 5 steps to successfully manage change

  • Understanding of a 5 step process that can help you to manage change
  • Experience of using tools and techniques to enhance your skills in understanding and managing change
