Two People, One Job: Effective Job Share Surgeries
Team Staff Development
Covid-19 Response This course will be run as an online webinar combined with self-directed learning. If a course date is available, please book a place below and we will be in touch approximately a week before the course will take place with details on how to take part.
To support the University of Bristol's commitment to flexible and inclusive working practices, specialist 1-1 surgeries are available to professional services staff who currently job share. These 45 minute surgeries give staff the chance to discuss any job-share issues on a 2-1 basis with a facilitator whose specialist field is job share training.
You and your job share can also attend the half-day training session together.
Only one person from each Job Share pair needs to sign up to the course (but both have to attend). Once you have signed up, please send the name of your job share partner to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who this course is aimed at: This training is for current job share pairs to attend together.
