Course overview
This interactive 2 hour online session is aimed at anyone working on delivery of projects or programmes. The session content has been designed to complement the Prince II methodology used by the University. Attendees will develop a better understanding of how a project is more likely to achieve its benefits when change management is incorporated into their role. They will also gain an understanding of the ‘5 steps to successful change’ which will provide a framework for managing change on their project/programme including an overview of the change strategy to complete and useful tools to aid the process.
The course will be interactive and cater for different learning styles.

Who this course is aimed at: This course is open to all staff who work on delivery of projects or programmes. It provides a follow on from the APMG foundation course in change management, but it is not essential to have attended this prior to this session.
