Course overview

What we will cover

This webinar will be made up of two sessions with self-guided work in between.  In the first session we will explore our levels of resilience and practise in small groups with some resources and activities, ways to understand ourselves a little more. We will look at what we tend to be triggered by and what we can put in place to develop our resilience when facing uncertainty or pressure. The second session (4 weeks later) will offer time for further exploration, reflection and action planning.

Session details:

  • First session - 3 hours
  • Second session - 2.5 hours, after 4 weeks

Please ensure you check that you are available for both dates before booking

What you’ll leave with

  • Gain new and different perspectives on self and others
  • Have the opportunity to connect with others and develop a support network
  • Take away tools and techniques that they can use and apply straightaway
  • Gain a greater sense of individual agency and empowerment
