Covid-19 Response This course will be run as an online webinar combined with self-directed learning. If a course date is available, please book a place below and we will be in touch approximately a week before the course will take place with details on how to take part.
What we will cover
This webinar will be made up of two sessions with self-guided work in between. In the first session we will explore our levels of resilience and practise in small groups with some resources and activities, ways to understand ourselves a little more. We will look at what we tend to be triggered by and what we can put in place to develop our resilience when facing uncertainty or pressure. The second session (4 weeks later) will offer time for further exploration, reflection and action planning.
First session - 2.5 hours
Second session - 1 hour, after 4 weeks
Please ensure you check that you are available for both dates before booking.
